These terms are an agreement between you and us. “We” and “us” mean the makers of YTF Automation. “The tool” means the YTF Automation software together with the licence service that runs it. “You” means the person using it. Creating an account means you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not create one.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement where you live. The email address you register with must be one you actually control, because it is how we identify your account and how we reach you.
Your account is yours alone. One account runs the tool on one computer at a time, and we recognise that computer from fingerprints derived from its hardware and its Windows installation. Those fingerprints are also how we tell whether a computer has already had its free credits. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. If you change computers, tell us and we will move it across.
The tool assembles videos: it writes a script, generates or fetches footage, and builds a timeline for you to finish in your own editor. It does not publish anything on your behalf. We make no promise about views, subscribers, monetisation or income of any kind. What you earn depends on your work, your subject and the platforms you publish to, none of which we control.
We claim no ownership of the scripts, images, audio or videos you produce with the tool. You are responsible for making sure that what you publish is lawful and that you hold the rights to everything in it, including material supplied by the third-party services below.
The tool works through services we do not own or control – among them Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Leonardo, Pexels, Envato Elements, Google and YouTube. You use those under your own accounts and their own terms, and you pay their charges. We are not responsible for what they do, what they charge, or for changes they make.
Do not share, resell, sublicense or republish the tool or any part of it. Do not use it to produce material that is unlawful, that infringes somebody else’s rights, or that breaks the rules of the platform you publish to. Do not attempt to work around the licence check or the allowance.
The tool runs on credits. One video costs one credit. A new account is given two free credits so you can try it, once per computer - a second account on the same computer does not receive them again. Every other credit is bought in the tool. Credits do not expire and nothing resets on a date. Where unlimited use is bought for a period, it ends on the date shown in the tool and does not renew; any credits you hold are untouched while it runs and are still there afterwards.
Everything is paid for once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing you have to remember to cancel. Payments are handled by PayPal and we never see your card details. Because a credit can be used the moment it arrives, credits that have been used are not refundable. If something has gone wrong, write to us — we would far rather put it right than argue about it.
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that is being used on more computers than it covers, or whose membership has ended. Where the cause turns out to be a mistake or a hardware change, we will put it back.
We work to keep the licence service running, but we do not promise that it will always be reachable or that the tool will always be free of faults. The tool is provided as it is.
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or any indirect loss arising from your use of the tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may change these terms. When we change something that matters we will say so in the tool, and the version you accepted stays recorded against your account. Continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept it.
You may stop using the tool whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. What happens to your data then is set out in the Privacy Policy.
